Where I'm taking finance systems.

A finance system you can trust, and business intelligence you can read without a translator. Built on the road behind me, aimed at the road ahead.

Technology should make the business easier to understand, not harder to run.

Finance you can trust

One set of numbers across every company, with controls built into the process instead of checked after the fact.

Intelligence you can read

Reports that answer the manager's question, not dashboards that show every field.

Technology that steps aside

Users reach their goal in a few clicks, and the system explains the business instead of hiding it.

What I'm building toward

For finance teams

  • A close that runs on a calendar, not on heroics
  • Controls inside the process
  • Numbers that tie across companies

For managers

  • Reports that answer the question asked
  • One version of the truth
  • Decisions made on time

For everyday users

  • Fewer clicks to reach the goal
  • Screens that explain themselves
  • Training that makes the system theirs

The road so far

  1. 2010 – 2017

    Accounting, then IT administration

Learned how numbers are produced and how systems really behave in daily use.

  2. 2017 – 2020

Accounting and operations in Saudi Arabia

Ran finance and operations side by side and saw where information gets lost on its way to a decision.

  3. 2020 – 2024

From the factory floor to assistant GM

Managed a factory of about 150 people, then accounting, then general management.

  4. 2024 – 2026

    From analyst to ERP architect

Designed the multi-company Odoo structure, intercompany flows and chart of accounts.

  5. 2026 – now

    Group BIS Manager

Leading ERP, BI, automation and governance across eight companies on one instance.

The road ahead

  1. Now

A close and controls you can rely on

A permissions matrix, a close calendar and intercompany that eliminates cleanly across all eight companies.

  2. Next

One reporting layer for the whole group

Power BI and Odoo dashboards on trusted data, so every manager reads the same numbers.

  3. Then

    Automation and assisted insight

Alerts, automated checks and AI-assisted analysis on top of clean data, so the system points to what needs a decision.

  4. Beyond

    A repeatable playbook, shared

Turning the lessons into a method that other companies in Egypt and the Gulf can adopt through EDS.
